A great, clean, friendly spa. I’m very happy with the way my dog was looked after and her grooming was amazing. She came out looking beautiful. The booking system was easy and the whole process from drop off to pick up was seamless.

Absolutely loved the experience! Looking forward to a new dog groomer that ticks all the boxes is difficult, but d’Spa and their lovely staff were amazing. All the grooming requests were followed to the T and my dog came home looking handsome and lush. Will definitely come back.

My cavoodle, Bobby, has been visiting d’Spa since it opened last year, and I wouldn’t take him anywhere else now. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by a beautifully designed reception and retail space that exudes luxury. The staff are always friendly and welcoming and accommodating of my specific, sometimes fussy, grooming requests for Bobby. The groomers consistently do an outstanding job - he always looks and smells incredible after each visit. If you’re looking for five star service for your fur baby, I highly recommend d’Spa. They handle him with such care and patience, making the experience stress-free for both of us. Alfie always leaves looking and feeling great after his wash and groom. After a morning walk with our new 5 month old puppy, we stumbled upon d'spa to enquire about cutting nails as new pet owners. We were greeted by owner Michael and were shown nothing but genuine warmth and kindness from the moment we walked in. Michael spent so much time with my partner and I showing us how to trim our puppies nails and giving us tips and advice, which he didn't have to do as she wasn't booked in for a treatment and we were only just enquiring. If this is how walk in enquiries are treated, I can only imagine how lovely the rest of the team are and the exceptional spa services they provide. The spa is also absolutely beautiful, very calm and stock a gorgeous range of accessories and treats. We will definitely be back soon to book our puppy in for a treatment. Thank you!

I brought my lil frenchie Bonnie to Dspa Dog Spa Cronulla the other day for a birthday pamper! She absolutely loooooved it!! The girls were so good taking care of my girl and showing me some videos after. Bon is usually very anxious and hates the hair dryer (which I told the girls), so they protected her ears and she was completely unphased by it! Her coat is soooo soft & shiny and she smells amazing! 😍 They also have a shop with cool accessories & top quality treats! I bought a harness & lead which is really good quality and soft on Bonnie at a good price too! Highly recommend and will be bringing my girl back for sure! 🥰💖💆🏻‍♀️🐶

I took my large and stubborn Bulldog, who usually hates grooming due to his anxiety, to The Dspa. They did an amazing job! He’s never been cleaner, and even after two weeks, his coat still feels soft. I highly recommend them to anyone.

We stumbled across this gem after a walk with the doggies. When we saw "Dog Spa" we had to go see what this fancy spa had to offer! We were greeted by one of the owners, he was super friendly and told us they had only been open a few days. Such a nice calming vibe inside and with stunning fitout. The unique products on offer are carefully selected for top quality and style for your pup. We purchased the cutest day bed and stylish outfit for one of our dogs. Next time will definitely be treating our pups so a nice treatment! Such a exciting and unique addition to the area.

I recently took my dog, Delilah, to d’Spa for a grooming session, and the experience was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we walked in, I was blown away by how beautiful and serene the place was. The décor was elegant, with calming colours and soft lighting that immediately put both Delilah at ease. The staff were incredibly welcoming and made sure Delilah was comfortable right away. One thing that really stood out to me was how personalised the experience was. Before the grooming began, the lovely staff asked me which scent I preferred for Delilah, giving me a selection of lovely, subtle fragrances to choose from. It was such a thoughtful touch that made the entire experience feel more like a spa day than just a routine groom. Delilah came out looking and smelling amazing, with her coat feeling so soft and shiny. I could tell she enjoyed her time there. I highly recommend d’Spa to any pet owner who wants their furry friend to be pampered in a beautiful, relaxing environment. I’m already looking forward to our next visit!
